HelloHealthBox is a subscription based company that offers customers a various amount of snacks. HelloHealthBox is a first year Virtual Enterprise firm located at Forest Hills High School, 67-01 110th St, Forest Hills, NY 11375. Our mission is to make the customer feel guilt-free while consuming our products and fulfill their health conscious. HelloHealthBox provides 4 categories its consumers can choose from; such as, Classic box, athletics box, vegan box, and allergy-free box. HelloHealthBox is a first-year company by a group of individuals who seek to provide a healthy lifestyle for the people. We are an incorporated E-commerce and C-corporation. A C corporation legal structure in which owners or investors are paid differently from the company. A C corporation is required to hold at least one meeting with shareholders and directors. The firm must have primary bylaws of the primary business. C businesses must also file annual reports, reports on financial disclosures, and accounts. At the start of September, we started off with $20,000 in seed money to spend. However, as of November 2019, we obtained a loan of $150,000 for 5 years at a variable interest rate of 7.00%.
