How do I register?You can register by going to the top right of the webpage and clicking on the log in button.

How do I change my profile information?You can change your account information by going to the Account Settings Tab and providing your current email and password.

I can't find the quesiton I have, what can I do?"You can contact us through the contact tab and we will respond within 24 hours on business days.

How do I order through my mobile device?Our website is mobile supported, so you can order through your phone browser or call to make a purchase.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?1. You can login with your VEI Portal account and pay from US Network Bank account 2. Pay with US Network Bank credit card 3. Purchase on account (pay later by bank transfer after receiving an invoice).

Do you offer refunds?If you wish to cancel your order you may contact customer service with your proof of purchase and we can then provide a refund or modify your order, however, we currently do not offer refunds to products that are shipped.

Can I track my order?By providing your email adress during checkout, you allow us to send a tracking number that you can use to track your order.

What kind of shipping options do you offer?We currently only offer standard ground shipping, we will more options of shipping soon.

My package was stolen, what can I do?"If your package was lost or stolen, you should contact customer service providing proof of your purchase order. We can then start an investigation to help get you a refund or a replacement.

How many days after purchasing will my package ship?Depending on the day of purchase, the day we ship your package may vary from 1-3 business days.
